Number 8 - Baneling

The baneling is an interesting addition. They morph from zerglings to banelings which are filled with fluid filled sacks, then roll towards enemies, exploding their nasty juices all over the faces (no homo) of the enemy. Of course they die when they do it. But hey, even bee’s die when they sting. And it sucks to get stung.
Number 7 - Nomad
![]()
The nomad’s are a unique addition to the terrans. They allow you to construct different vehicles/buildings on the battlefield or wherever you choose. The Nomad will work as a detector and will also be able to construct mini-turrets anywhere you choose. This should come in handy for messing with mineral lines or just battlefield support.
Number 6 - Colossus

The Colossus will be interesting because it has the ability to walk over different cliffs and terrains anywhere on the map. This will help all players run from/to enemies and plus, its beam of death attack is pretty cool too.
Number 5 - Viking

These little shits are going to be a real hassle in Starcraft 2. The Viking has the ability to attack as a flying, or a land unit. So gather up a batch of vikings, go fly into the enemies base, land, and wreak havoc.
Number 4 - Reaper

The Terran have really bulked up in terms of base invasion. The Reapers also have the ability to jump cliffs with their jetpack, and could easily unexpectedly invade an enemies base before they really have anything they can do about it. They also replaced the useless firebats.
Number 3 - Sensor Tower
Another nasty addition for the Terrans. Build yourself a sensor tower and be able to see deep into the fog of war. You won’t be able to see what units are coming, but you will be able to know how many…and that can ALWAYS be helpful.
Number 2 - MotherShip

I realize the mothership has been turned down alot since it was first announced, but the thing is still pretty damn cool. I mean with the different features including Tiem Bomb and Planet Cracker, it will be a force to be reckoned with.
Number 1 - THOR!
How tight is the thor? The Thor may be slow and bulky, but when added to an already potent Terran force, it can devastate any force.
